KaHuna Massage/ Chair massage, Pregnancy Massage and
Polynesian floorwork

Experience a holistic approach to rejuvenation & healing for body, mind and soul.  It is a gentle but also deep flowing form of massage with under body work that will relax, revitalise and revive you.

Ka Huna bodyworks/massage is unique in a number of respects.  The practitioner uses their hands, forearms and elbows and moves around the table (using hula and tai chi style movements).  they work with energy to apply soft and deep tissue massage.  Music is played and the practitioner attunes the flow of the massage to harmonies the various rhythms within the clients' body, mind and soul. Relax a little more with the option of a pure essential oil infusion.

Every time you have a Ka Huna you will experience something different.  Sometimes it's physical healing and relaxation, sometimes your unlocking stuck emotions crying, laughing and smiling.  Another time you might see colours, experience energy shifts, release past memories, connect to your soul more or receive spiritual healing.

For KaHuna Pregnancy Massage, you may want to consult with your doctor first, and when you are given the OK for massage, please advise me if there are any complications or special needs.

Pregnancy massage is great for relaxing, increase/help blood flow, decrease swelling and reduce general aches and pains, as well as all the other benefits that come with a KaHuna Massage.

For an even extra relaxing massage experience the Aromatherapy Kahuna Massage 1hr is the one to try.  Combining the benefits of essential oils to help with tension, muscles soreness, grounding, calming or uplifting if needed with the benefits of a KaHuna massage is exceptional.

Polynesian Floorwork

Get ready for a fusion of gentle massage, specialized stretches, and the added comfort of bolsters to elevate the relaxation and stretch game! Using hands, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to stimulate meridians and pressure points throughout the body in a meditative, flowing rhythm.

Starting off with gentle yet invigorating stretches, I'll be focusing on enhancing flexibility and promoting a sense of holistic well-being. The strategic use of bolsters will help my client sink deeper into each stretch, allowing for a truly blissful experience.

And of course, a touch of reflexology to stimulate those pressure points and leave my client feeling refreshed from head to toe!

All the time enjoying the outdoor serenity.
