Hi, my name is Vikki and this is my story. I started late in life with Yoga and Pilates, although I have practiced Yoga and Pilates throughout my life on and off. I've always considered myself a "yuppy hippy"—I like shiny things, but I also have a passion for nature and animals. It occurred to me that when I lean into my hippy side, I am at peace and happy. Over the past 10 years, I've changed aspects of my life to follow that path. Doing Yoga and Pilates doesn't make you a hippy—this is just a funny name I like to call myself. I mean, have you ever seen an unhappy hippy?
Yoga for me is like my brake in life—it makes me slow down. But I get even more from yoga: peace, a stretch, a new perspective on life. With Pilates, I get deep core work.
I teach both mat and reformer Pilates because I believe in building strength from the inside out. Pilates improves alignment, strengthens the core, supports a strong and supple back, and enhances overall mobility and agility. It helps you move through life with greater ease and confidence, whether you're lifting groceries, dancing, or simply getting up off the floor. I love seeing people reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered through functional movement.
All Body Balance Yoga is associated with All Bronzed Up Beauty, Health and Relaxation Retreat, where my mission is to use organic, natural products wherever I can and offer treatments that make people feel good. Now, with All Body Balance Yoga, I can help people feel peaceful, light, energised—and take inspired action to spread kindness. I like to hope that when you leave my yoga class, you take with you the tools to cope with busy life, traffic jams, and everyday stresses—and that you share a kind word with someone else, so the ripple effect begins.
