This is not another training App Skype Private Yoga Class "Real time" yoga class with me as your personal Yoga teacher. we set a date and time , have a Free consult before the first class to determine level of yoga fitness and what you are wanting from your yoga class, more breathe work, energy flow, guided meditations and more. On the chosen day/time I run you through your own private Yoga Class, helping with alignment, breathe work, strength, guiding you through your breathing exercises and savanasana at the end of class **Skype Private Yoga Class........$50 for 1 hour skype class as I am launching this new class, if you book and pay for a class or more by 30 September, it is only $40 per 1 hour class maximum 1-2 people only
